Schueco Parametric Facade

Overview

A parametric façade system co-developed with Schüco Group, the global aluminium-façade manufacturer. The system covers free-form, three-dimensional building envelopes by automating the entire chain — from CAD module libraries to component generation, and from FE model assembly to optimisation across millions of geometric variants. By moving the complexity into the model, Schüco’s tooling cuts detailing time from a typical 24 hours per unit to roughly 8 minutes.

Scope

In collaboration with Engelsmann Peters Engineers, OnceMore automated the generation and analysis of complex façade structures, producing thousands — in some cases millions — of geometric variations.
