Foster + Partners’ design covers 3.2 acres of the City of London and delivers 102,200 m² of office and retail space, cutting water use by 73% and energy by 35% versus a typical office. Bronze fin façades filter light and noise, while a first-of-its-kind natural-ventilation system breathes the building through a petal-clad ceiling and a central atrium.
